Shipping

Yes, we ship all products to most continents and countries across the world. You can order online and your order will be shipped directly to your door by the most trustworthy couriers with a tracking number. We will follow up with you until you receive your order.

Most orders leave our warehouse within 2–4 business days. Orders placed with Expedited or Express shipping will leave our warehouse even faster. We’ll email you tracking details as soon as they are available. Orders placed on weekends will not ship until at least the next business day.

We’ll display estimated delivery dates during checkout, in your order confirmation email, and on the track/manage order page.

We’re unable to delay shipping on orders. If you cannot receive a package right away, please contact us and we’ll help you plan the best time to place your order so it arrives on or near your preferred date.

When calculating your shipping time, please note that the day a package ships from our warehouse is not counted as the first business day; the first full day “in transit” is Day 1.

Payment

We do not store any payment information. All financial transactions are handled through secure, global payment gateways.

If you experience an issue with a discount code, please email us directly at [email protected]. We will resend another discount code of equal value or issue an immediate refund for the amount.

Returns

We’ve made returning items simple! You may return orders within 14 business days of delivery.

Create a return online:

  1. Log into your account or locate your order via our “Find My Order” page.
  2. Click the “Ask for a refund” button beside the item(s) you’d like to return and start your request.
  3. Choose the reason for return, select your refund method, and provide any additional information required.

Returns Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

  • Refunds are accepted only if the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Refunds are processed only through the original payment method.
  • Returned items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error cannot be refunded.

*No refunds for personalized items.

Returns that are not received by our warehouse within 7 days after creating a return label are automatically closed in our system. Please contact us if you have concerns about your return at [email protected].
